Friederica Turner is a dynamic and driven individual with a multifaceted career and personal life. As a proud mother of four, she has demonstrated exceptional dedication and nurturing, balancing her family responsibilities with her professional endeavors. Friederica is a US Navy veteran, where she developed a strong foundation in leadership and resilience that has propelled her subsequent ventures.

In her entrepreneurial journey, Friederica has successfully founded and managed multiple businesses, showcasing her versatility and business acumen. She currently holds the position of CEO at Turner Marketing Solutions, a company specializing in personalized marketing materials such as obituaries, funeral announcements, and promotional products. Her leadership at Turner Marketing Solutions has been marked by innovation and a commitment to providing value to her clients.

Deyna Beard is a multifaceted professional who seamlessly blends her roles as a community advocate, entrepreneur, and devoted parent. Her journey began with an academic foundation in psychology from the College of Dupage, fueling her passion for understanding and aiding people from all walks of life. In 2015, Deyna embarked on an entrepreneurial venture by founding DLP Cleaning. This successful business, which caters to both residential and industrial clients, is built on a foundation of excellence and integrity, reflecting Deyna's core values.

In 2020, Deyna expanded her entrepreneurial pursuits with the launch of 1st Crown Me LLC, a company specializing in organic beauty products. This venture not only exemplifies her commitment to quality but also her dedication to promoting wellness and self-care within her community. Through 1st Crown Me LLC, Deyna aims to empower individuals to prioritize their health and beauty from a holistic perspective.

As a parent to 11 children, Deyna's personal life is a testament to her nurturing spirit and commitment to family. Her experiences as a loving parent have undoubtedly enriched her understanding of the community's needs, further motivating her to make a lasting impact.

 Aldrena Johnson is a God-fearing community advocate, dedicated entrepreneur and devoted mother of four. She has made significant contributions to her community through her endless work with the homeless, feeding the community, her efforts to promote gun violence awareness, helping the youth find a way out of gang affiliation and her support for underprivileged children. A proud Past Matron of the order of Eastern Sars U.N.I.T.Y #173. Aldrena is also the CEO of Everlasting Ladies Social club a community-focused Organization.
As a multifaceted entrepreneur, Aldrena is the CEO and owner of Jaz Bling and Theme Creations, a business that showcases her creative talent in decorating. She is also a licensed Caterer and the CEO and owner of Royalty Vacation Travel Agency, where she helps clients plan their dream vacation. In addition Aldrena is a savvy real estate investor continually seeking opportunities to grow and invest in her community.
Growing up on the west side of Chicago  Aldrena's educational background is rooted in her graduating in the South Suburbs from Crete Monee High school in 1987 and completing her education at Northern Illinois University in 1992, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a concentration in Public-Law. Her professional journey began in 1987 as a Paralegal. In 1988 she began her career with Chicago Transit Authority where she served as a Ticket agent, Bus Operator, Bus Supervisor, completed Instruction training, Management training I&II and presently a Bus Controller were she has served with distinction and is presently in preparation to retire December 2024 with over 26 years of dedicated service.
Aldrena's life work reflects her passion for advocacy, community service and entrepreneurship, making her a respected and influential figure in her community.
Additionally Aldrena serves as the Treasure of Aisha Sistershood Inc, an organization united for love, Peace and truth aiming to promote unity, empower and support women. She is strategically involved in assisting Sonya "Queen Sue" Harris in the ambitious endeavor to embark on the first Million Mom March, scheduled for October 18, 2025.
 

 Theresa Brady Montana, a dedicated educator and community leader, boasts a rich history rooted in Chicago, Illinois. Born and raised on Chicago's Westside, Theresa's journey took a pivotal turn during her high school years when she moved to Arkansas to care for her ailing grandmother. This period of her life not only exemplified her commitment to family but also allowed her to experience and graduate from high school in a different cultural environment.

Upon her return to Chicago, Theresa's academic pursuits flourished at Loop College, now known as Harold Washington College, where she earned her Associate of Arts (AA) Degree. It was during this transformative period that she met Charles Brady, the love of her life, with whom she has three children. Theresa's passion for education led her to Triton College, where she obtained her teaching degree alongside a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, marking the start of her impactful career in teaching.

Theresa's excellence in her academic and professional endeavors is evident from her inclusion on the Presidential Dean's list at Triton College and her recognition in the "Who’s Who Among Teachers" directory. Her teaching career began at PLCCA in Maywood, where she has since become a beacon of hope and inspiration for children from diverse cultural backgrounds. Theresa's love for working with children extends beyond the classroom. She actively participates in her church's hospitality board and teaches nursery-aged children, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to nurturing young minds.

As a community leader, Theresa serves as the head chairperson of her local Block Club and contributes to the Girl Scouts, further illustrating her dedication to community service and youth development. Her role as the spiritual counselor on the Asisha Sisters board highlights her commitment to supporting families and maintaining community well-being. Through this position, Theresa works tirelessly to ensure that the needs of families are met, fostering a sense of hope and solidarity within her community.

Looking ahead, Theresa is instrumental in organizing the Moms for the Millions Moms March, set for October 18, 2025. This initiative reflects her ongoing dedication to societal improvement and her belief in the power of collective action.

 Brittany Cain is a mother, daughter, and an accomplished leader with over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance, specializing in tax preparation, team leadership, and strategic business decision-making. She currently serves as the principal of Pecan Trail Intermediate School in College Station, Texas, where she oversees school operations, business strategy, and financial planning. Known for driving sustainable growth, Brittany has consistently delivered value through a people-centered leadership approach. In addition to her professional role, she is actively involved in community outreach.
