About Us

We are The Aisha Sisterhood Inc, a group of Women joined together for Love, Peace, Truth, Freedom, and Justice. Our mission is to Promote Unity, contribute to Violence Prevention, increase Mental Health and HIV Awareness, provide Substance and Alcohol Abuse Treatment Services, advocate for Education and Youth Development Equity, and act as a Community Resource Partner to underserved communities. 

We united because we knew that it would take a village to promote and work towards our causes. Most of us are mother’s united to help uplift each other as we strive to uplift our communities at large. We are collaborating with our local politicians, community organizations and others like us to achieve our goals.

The Aisha Sisters have organized a variety of community events, such as a weekly food program serving 800-1000 dinners, a Halloween Skate Party fundraiser, an Easter egg hunt, multiple holiday giveaways, three Ladies' Weekend Retreats, and three picnics, among others.

 Since 1994, we’ve been a grassroots organization. The Aisha Sisterhood Inc 501(c)3 documents were approved in 2022 and we’re accepting donations from the community.
